Information collected
Information is collected when you choose to contact Prism Intuitive Coaching, book a session, make a payment, request a resource, or submit a testimonial. Depending on what you choose to do, this may include your name, email address, state, scheduling details, messages, service selections, testimonial, and any optional photo or video you provide.
How information is used
- To respond to questions and provide requested coaching services or resources
- To schedule sessions and communicate service details
- To process payments and maintain appropriate business records
- To verify and, only with your permission, publish testimonial material
- To maintain the website and protect it from misuse
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the business—for example, website and email hosting, Calendly for scheduling, Whereby for online sessions, and Stripe for payment processing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect legal rights and safety. Prism Intuitive Coaching does not sell or rent personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prism Intuitive Coaching does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Information submitted on Stripe’s payment page is handled under Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Storage and security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information and access is limited to what is needed to provide services and operate the business. No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, and service obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information held by Prism Intuitive Coaching, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also withdraw permission to use a testimonial prospectively.
